Each piece of jewelry that I make is a unique piece of art – I only make one of them. Rest assured that you will not see anyone else wearing the exact same jewelry as you. I use my website as a portfolio as well as a venue for selling my jewelry. Please be aware that some pieces shown may no longer be available. I am not trying to frustrate you; I just want to show you all of my jewelry so you may see the variety and uniqueness of each piece. I welcome custom orders and something in my portfolio may inspire you. If you would like to purchase a piece of jewelry that is already sold, or would love a piece in a different color or size, please contact me about making a similar piece for you. I will respond and let you know if the materials are available. I am always keeping my eyes open for great beads, so sometimes I purchase them while I am on vacation and as a result some beads I can not find again.

Bridal Jewelry: I would be happy to work with you to create unique and meaningful jewelry made just for you for your special day. I can create a custom PMC piece that has special meaning just for you and your fiancé. For your bridesmaids and flower girl, I am able to make identical pieces for a single custom order. In addition to jewelry, I can make matching beaded tiaras, hair pins or combs.

Custom Orders: Please email tina@cloudhaledesign.com or call Tina at 757-966-2518 with the details of what you would like. I try to get custom orders completed and shipped within 2 weeks, but availability of materials may impact this. I will do my best to accommodate rush order requests. I will email a picture of your custom jewelry for your approval prior to shipping. A 50% non-refundable down payment will be required prior to me starting work on a custom order. The other 50% + shipping will be due when you approve the picture, and prior to shipping.

In Stock Orders: Pieces that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Please read “Orders & Payments” (next paragraph) for instructions on placing orders.

Acceptable methods of payment are Mastercard or Visa (via phone order using ProPay), personal check (order is shipped after check has cleared), money order, and cashier’s check. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Your personal information will never be shared with anyone and is used only for processing your order. On line ordering is coming soon!

Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. Costs for orders shipped to US addresses are as follows:

Returns: Authorization for returns must be requested by emailing tina@cloudhaledesign.com within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. Returns must be shipped back to Cloud Hale Design within 5 days after receiving authorization. Returns must be received back in their original, unworn condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and insurance is recommended since Cloud Hale Design cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please do not ship any returns in envelopes of any kind, as they do not provide sufficient protection of the jewelry. Refunds will be given in the same method as the original payment upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Unfortunately custom orders are unable to be returned or refunded, so please review the pictures carefully prior to accepting them.

Repairs: In the event that a repair is necessary within the first 90 days of normal use or if it was received damaged (within the first 7 days) Cloud Hale Design will repair it for free. Please request a quote for repairs past 90 days, repairs due to damage, or if replacements are needed (like a lost earring). Please follow the guidelines listed in the “Returns” section.

Wholesale: If you would like to carry Cloud Hale Design jewelry in your boutique, store, or gallery please contact tina@cloudhaledesign.com or call Tina at 757-966-2518 about setting up a wholesale account. Cloud Hale Design only sets up wholesale accounts for customers who are interested in purchasing designs for the purpose of resale. Minimum purchases may apply. For wholesale accounts, I can make exclusive, limited edition pieces.
